My wife and I recently switched to BPM to manage the rental of our Chattanooga property. Chanda and Jill have been very responsive and, within a few weeks, were able to market and find a qualified tenant. Great work!

I rented with BPM for a year lease. BPM is incredibly unprofessional and there is a clear lack of communication within the company which creates a domino effect towards tenants. Unprofessional- emails sent by Jill are often hard to decipher because of her lack of good grammar, she also referred to me and my roommates as “you girls” instead of our names. We were told (twice) they were able to split our rent for us (which was the main reason we rented with them) later on, they told us they can’t and did not provide a solution. One of the stove top dials was broken so we could not use that eye and they never fixed it; along with many other issues. In winter our heat was broken. I have been using BPM for few years now . They are on top of things and do their job well. Keeping tenants on task is a tough job as well as keeping landlords on task :) They keep both rolling pretty well. They have a great portal to see money transactions , maint request, etc..
