I had the pleasure to work with Kasandra to process a lien for a 53' trailer that was abandoned in our property lot. The entire process took about 1-1/2" month. They communicate and keep us updated throughout the process. Trustworthy company.

Two weeks. TWO WEEKS so called "specialists" are calling me back. Everyday I'm leaving a message for assistant with my phone number. Somebody called Marilyn, or something like that, just ignoring the opportunity to make a business with new customer. Best Services? Ha? I wonder if the owner is looking after his business.

Be aware, they place liens on property without proper verification of right to place a lien. Statues they list on lien notice do not apply to actual circumstances. Legal action must be taken to prevent their activities
