Missed closing due to an error on the documents sent late afternoon the night before. And docs were missing from the final file. The error was noticed after the office closed, and no one answered calls till the next morning at 10am. The office should prepare the docs several days in advanced, or at least send out a preliminary so they can be reviewed before. While I understand totals change with every day, if a routine closing is going to happen on the date scheduled, why prepare final docs in the late afternoon the day before? Totals can have TBD or something like that to indicate the situ. Also, someone should be on standby for emergencies a few hours after and a few hours before the their normal banker hours. Great customer service, and attention to detail, were not their forte.

We were not at all pleased with our experience. Very unprofessional, with an aggressive dog inside of the office that they had apparently rescued and we were told it has a very unpredictable temperament. We had asked for permission ahead of time to bring our child with us to closing and were told that was fine. The dog was aggressive toward her and nobody was around to help us manage the dog when we first arrived. The actual closing went okay I guess, but the staff was not very professional and we will never use them again.
