The Ladies in the office were all so kind and welcoming ! I'm not the person who can do online applications, I was told I could come into the office and was welcomed to fill out a paper application Wich was such a relief , not only that they actually helped me with it! I just want to tell them thank you again.. if you're looking to rent this is a great property Management to come to! Lorri D.🤙

They are terrible!!! Don’t rent from them they will never return your deposits they suck and they will continue to try to bill you $45 dollars to wipe down a stair rail rail freaking rip offs and ridiculous

These people were totally unfair did NOT WALK ME THROUGH ANYTHING AS I WAS TOLD WILL NEVER APPLY WITH THIS CO AGAIN No I don't and I want my deposit fee back as I STATED I WILL NEVER APPLY WITH THIS CO AGAIN AND YOU GUYS ARE NOT TRASPARENT ABOUT ANYTHING ,I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW NEVER TO RENT ANYTHING FROM YOU GUYS I WANT MY DEPOIST PLEASE THANKS I AM DONE WITH THIS CO PERIOD.

My daughter rents an apartment managed by Bertolucci Management. After she was involved in a serious work-related accident, she needed her apartment fitted with a wheel chair ramp and other ADA accessories so she can live independently. The friendly people at Bertolucci did a great job installing the needed equipment and communicating with my daughter's insurance and medical providers. Thank you!

I have been renting with Bertolucci Management for over 3 years and they have always been absolutely amazing! Every time we have ever needed anything they are available within a day or so. They have been incredibly courteous with us and always make sure we are taken care of. I refer them to everyone I know looking for rentals and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. All of their team has been spectacular, and I hope to remain in the same home for years to come! If for whatever reason we must leave this home, we will absolutely work with them again for our future home. I wish more management companies were like this!!
