Berry Hill Place

We absolutely loved living at Berryhill Apartments! The staff was always nice and eager to help us! Love the screened in porches and the walking pond at the community!

I would think twice before renting at this facility! My first encounter with the manager was unpleasant. We had arrived over the weekend while the office was closed and when I came in on Monday to ask a question she treated me like I was some 12-year-old kid and talk down to me. My second conversation was when I was doing the orientation and it was extremely confrontational. And I was agitated to say the least. Every conversation I have had with her I have felt animosity towards me. We had originally planned to stay a year while we search for a home to buy. But after 2 months we decided it was better to break the lease and buy a home now than it was to spend a year in this place. Which brings me to my next complaint. I do feel it's important to share my experience at Berry Hill. First and foremost, if you're looking for a place that is loud and neighbors like to party stay up late and that kind of atmosphere this place is NOT for you. Good portion of the neighbors are elderly but personally I enjoy that as I like to live in a community where it's serene and quiet and respectful if anything my neighbors are extremely friendly, and it just gives you a sense of security being in a peaceful environment. Management wise I give it 5 stars as Jonean, property manager is one of those individuals that is hands on deck sometimes you don't find her in her office but that's because she is getting stuff done for the residents and the community never had to reach her regarding a complaint I had a small issue with o

I must say that Foshee, their Berryhill un Christian people didn't give me my deposit back. I moved out in November of this year. They lied to me over and over again. I want my money back, owe them nothing , nothing, nothing. They are just money hungry people. They aided thieves in stealing my things three times from the storage at Saddleback. They just want your money but the service was terrible. I Pray 🙏 for people like that. Rating from me is a negative 😱-0!!! Have a great day!!!

Everything has gone very smoothly. Except had to turn in work order for air and the very nice lady said she would do an emergency one,and I told her because it was on the weekend. I told her not to because it was going to be cool again and Monday would be fine. Everyone of the neighbors that we came in contact with have been very friendly and greeted us with nothing but kindness. We love our apartment. 5/29/2022 I was sent a bill for power bill through third party billing that was an error. Due to no fault of mine. I have requested 3 times that the balance be removed and it has not. It seems only the manager can do this, very slow at handling billing issues. 8/8/2023 We have another new manager, still very slow in seeing that the maintenance is done in a timely manner.
