Berry Falls

I recently moved in and have had some trouble with my appliances, the maintenance service handled everything wonderfully. Every issue was fixed the next day and putting in the service request was extremely easy. Erica and Kalin are always so helpful in the leasing office, highly recommend Berry Falls

My experience with this apartment community has been excellent from beginning to end. The application process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process feel easy and organized. Move-in day was just as great. The apartment was clean, everything worked perfectly, and you could tell they really care about making sure new residents feel welcome. The team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my decision to move here. I would leave 0 stars if possible. The most minor issue was the fact that they ran my water bill up like crazy with no reimbursement due to a leak on property that they paid via overcharging their tenants. The most major issue was the lack care or concern for the black mold growing in my apartment. We weren't aware of the the mold for the first couple months, but my roommates and I were constantly sick and my cat was sneezing blood, which was extremely concerning. I still am suffering from the consequences that did to my sinuses. I would literally never recommend anyone living here.

Recently moved to Birmingham. I toured with Kalin. The experience was above and beyond. Not to mention the free snacks I got during the tour. The property was very clean. The renovated apartments are beautiful

Datren the maintenance man at Berry falls did an excellent job handling my maintenance request. He was prompt, professional, and kept me updated on what he was doing the entire time. The issue was fixed quickly and correctly, and he made sure everything was working before he left. I appreciate his great attitude and attention to detail.
