These guys couldn’t be worse. As a tenant in 15 W 26th for 11 years, Bernstein was the worst of the bad management companies the real estate trust has picked for this building. A special shout out to Carmine Casale our managing agent, who is a gas lighting moron if there ever was one.
I was 350 7th building for 10 year. I don't recommend office leasing from Bernstein Real Estate. they are not honest business man. I had few bad experience with them. for e.g. I wait 3 month to get my deposit back and they charge $650 as legal fee for nothing. no explanation, no answer for my question. they just charge it. I reported to NYC bar association against their poor business practices and miss handle my money.
