I am submitting this formal complaint regarding serious and ongoing concerns at one of your managed properties Leo at Waterfront Station. My name is intentionally redacted at this time due to legitimate concerns about retaliation. Given the conduct described below, I do not feel safe disclosing my identity without assurance of protection from adverse action, harassment, or further mistreatment. What I observed and experienced reflects a troubling pattern of mismanagement, disregard for tenant welfare, and conduct that may expose Bernstein Management to significant legal and reputational risk. Just signed with Valo DC aided by the wonderful, competant, and super friendly Deysi. Important to note, this building used to be managed by someone else and now is managed by Bernstein (who get great reviews across the board). We picked and moved into an apartment sight unseen, which we have never done before. The process was fast (we had to move from NYC for a job quickly) and everyone was incredibly courteous! The apartment is a fantastic size for the price and the fixtures and amenities are amazing. I will update when we have settled in for a few months but so far, I am very impressed with the building and management.

We lived at the Glover Park Crest apartments for 2 years and enjoyed our time there. The front office and maintenance staff were always responsive to requests and any issues at our building were typically handled very quickly. All interactions with the staff were generally very positive and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend living here if you want to be in DC, but also enjoy a quieter neighborhood with great access to outdoor spaces. Not a complaint, but I hope that they won’t modernize too many of the apartment units. The original units have a lot of great character, including parquet flooring and beautiful black and white tile in the bathrooms. I have noticed that in recent years, some of the original units have been updated with vinyl-wood flooring and other more modern surface

I've lived here almost a year so far. It's been a lovely experience and I adore my space. One of my favorite features are the available grills on the roof. Also, there's good security measures since non-residents can't enter the building freely. Never had any major issues. If I do need to contact maintenance, they are so nice and quickly respond. Animal friendly too! My cat and I love it!

My wife and I have been living in this apartment complex for the last ten months, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Having been converted from hotel suites, the rooms are incredibly spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable living environment. This apartment is particularly convenient for GU students, as there's a school shuttle stop located right outside the building. The majority of tenants seem to be students or young professionals, which creates a friendly and like-minded community we're proud to be a part of. One of the standout aspects of this complex has been the responsiveness of the maintenance team.
