Bernstein Brothers is a classy institution. I spent 2-1/2 years with them and was consistently impressed with Brian and Caren and the maintenance team. Maintaining buildings that old is not easy and their commitment to decency made living in Arlington much more enjoyable. If you do right by them, they will do right by you. Cheers to you guys! If you are looking for an affordable apartment in Fort Myer Heights, there isn’t a better place. Other landlords pile on fees and take your security deposit. These people do not. Thank you for a great experience!!!

We lived at two different Bernstein Brothers apartments. From the management to the maintenance people, they have always been easy to deal with. The location of the apartments is excellent. While the buildings are a little older, they have a lot of benefits over other apartments in the area. Not only are the prices better, the views are terrific. The balconies are so great for gardening or eating and drinking with friends. And if you like seafood, you can’t beat being across the street from Quarterdeck. There’s also a convenience store right across the road for when you need something fast. It’s easy walking distance to the Iwo Jima memorial and nearby parks. And I walked to the Rosslyn metro most days (about 15 minutes). Overall, it’s just a great place to live!

Had a studio apartment in 2019-2020. Never had any bugs or rodents. No heating or ac issues. No plumbing issues. Really solid place. No issues at all. It is an old building though, and does not have many amenities, but you knew that before signing the lease. Management staff is excellent.

I have lived at one of the Berstein Management Properties since 2007. There is great management and the maintenance is very responsive and knowledgeable. Most of the team has been working with this company for over 15 years. The price is very competitive and all utilities are included except internet. You cant beat this deal in Arlington County. The location is the best you can get: 7 minutes from National Airport, a 15 minute walk directly to Georgetown, 8 minutes to the 66 Freeway and or the GW Parkway. Its close to Clarendon with all the stores one could need and many restaurants. The buildings were built in the 60's so its not perfect, but I can tell you the walls are thick so you don't hear everything your neighbor says and the windows are sold double pain to keep you out of drafts.

Nice apartment for a good price. Some units may not have the bells and whistles, but it has a fantastic location. Easy to get into DC, easy to get on the highway. Walkable to a metro. Management was super responsive to any maintenance request I put in.
