I love the community here. Everyone's so friendly and it's a lovely neighborhood to walk around. They have two pools, a tennis court, basketball court, ping pong and pool table, gym, and showers. They also have a spot to feed the koi fish and turtles.

The neighborhood had gone done hill and fast . The fighting amongst the board members have prevented the necessary repairs to be done to the condos and the surrounding areas . The leaking roofs and rusted out hand rails are an embarrassment. If you are looking to buy , I’d look else where . I’m unfortunately stuck and can’t sell as real estate has pointed out ... we can’t sell a home with a leaking roof , rusted hand rails and visible termite damage .

I live here. Very pretty. Awesome recreation center. Perfect location. Very safe and peaceful. Worth the premium house prices!

This place is a family friendly location with few security issues. The management company only puts token effort into maintainence, and preventative maintenance and timely repairs are terms unknown.
