Bernadette helped my wife and I sell our house on the South Hill earlier this month. She was very professional and did an excellent job with the pictures and virtual walk-thru on the website. She is very busy and sometimes delayed in responding, but was always apologetic and responded every time. As with many sellers, the negotiating went smoothly for the most part and I give full credit to Bernadette for her professionalism and "Go get 'em" attitude. We worked mainly with Nico but Bernadette was always up to date on our progress and available to help. Nico put our needs first and negotiated for terms that would benefit us but not himself (i.e. negotiating a lower price for our home).
