Communication has been key in our relationship with Bermeo Property Management. Their great attention to the details as well as their responsiveness and updates along the way have shown us a greater understanding of where we stand with our costs and revenue at any given time. Things are going quite well. I can confidently recommend Bermeo to manage your properties.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are completely unresponsive, they lie, and they withhold landlord contact information. If you ever see a renal property is managed by them DO NOT USE THEM. They are used when a landlord does not want anything to do with their properties/ tenants and this company is a front that they can hide behind. They are currently withholding our security deposit and will not answer us or give us the contact info of our landlord so we have to take legal action. THE WORST. Whole company is a scam.

After I moved into my New Jersey apartment, I had a few things that needed fixing. Bermeo got a handyman over to fix everything right away. They are real pros. Their buildings are immaculate. Thanks for a positive experience.

This is a great little company that is very customer service oriented. You just can’t find an honest property management company these days, but these guys are it. Smart, intuitive, detail oriented and at a reasonable price.

Bermeo PM has been outstanding. I feel very good about them managing my building and I will keep living here because it's been so good!
