Berkshire Park

Berkshire Park is the worst apartment complex. Berkshire Park and the ones who own it only care about money. They don't care about you at all. 1. They never told me when I viewed the apartment that they have a 2,500 fee to leave this place if I'm not happy or I need to move on before my lease is up. That's right. You heard me right. Berkshire Park will charge you a $2,500 fee if you need to cancel your lease before your lease is up. No one here told me that. 2. If you cancel your lease before it's up you pay a fee of 2,500 plus the additional 3x months rent on top of Berkshire Parks 2,500 fee. I paid the lowest at the time for rent 1,265 a month times x3 plus Berkshire Parks 2,500 fee and that's $6,295 dollars before Berkshire Park will let you move out. They will go after you for that m

I have had an exceptional experience living at Berkshire Apartments! From the moment I toured the property, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The leasing team is incredibly professional, friendly, and always eager to assist with any questions or concerns. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with clean common areas and well-kept landscaping. The amenities are great—whether it’s the pool, fitness center, or cozy community spaces, everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The location is also a huge bonus! It’s close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend Berkshire Apartments to anyone looking for a community that feels like home.

We (Paved Assets) recently complete some asphalt and concrete repairs at Berkshire Park and we had a wonderful experience working with everyone on the Blue Ridge team. From start to finish, communication was easy and friendly. Franklyn and Chelsea are wonderful to work with and it is clear by all of the improvements on property that the owners, property managers and maintenance teams care about their tenants and customers!! Nika is very nice. Erik can be very sarcastic at the wrong time but otherwise nice guy, Chelsea is the new manager and she is great. She takes care most issues very quickly. I know I gave her a hard time because my old apartment was going through some things and she still was nice. So nice I had to apologize for being upset even though it wasn't her fault. Maintenance, it just depends on who you get. There is only one lazy one who barely does the job every time & will act like because he can't find your trashcan it's an issue. If he stayed off his phone long enough he would've known it was outside at the door when he knocked on it. The other two are very kind and get the job done. Hello. I have lived on this property since 2016 in 3 different apartments. I must love living here because I left once for almost 2 years and came back. I do not have any issues with the staff. I try my best to live according to rules and regulations understanding I live in an apartment. The maintenance staff has always addressed my issues in a timely manner. Is it perfect…no but what is. I believe the space and service I have are reasonable for my rent. Could it be better…of course. I believe we can make our apartment a home or just a place to stay. I enjoy living here and love my 2 bedroom apartment. Come see us here!
