Kathy Hendricks listed the home that we purchased. We are extremely disappointed in her lack of business ethics and integrity. There were several issues with the property that needed attention, that she neglected to disclose. In addition our contracted closing date was May 16, 2022 and we didn't close until June 9th, which was a huge inconvenience. There was an issue with the survey, which was not scheduled until May, when our offer was accepted on April 6th. There was no communication from Kathy or the title company, regarding this issue. We were ultimately faced with having to move our belongings into storage, due to our buyer taking possession of our former home, on May 27th. Kathy was not considerate of our situation, and advised the sellers against letting us move in, prior to closing

Kate and Marlin are liars and not to be trusted. Kate always had a condescending tone when talking to us. We asked her to schedule a home inspection for us. She said that she would. She asked when would be good and I said, "Any day next week." Then she said we would do the 18th of the month. On the 17th, I asked her what time it was scheduled for, and she said. "How should I know, it's up to you (me) to schedule it. I (she) would have no way of knowing. lol." She seriously treated us like we were stupid and incompetent the entire time. I called Marlin Palish, the regional manager, to get someone else to handle our account. We asked to work with Ron Black instead since we had spoken to him on the phone a few times and wasn't a chode. Marlin seemed to be someone attentive of our concerns,
