I am SO grateful to have met Cristian Verme. He has been so amazing, professional and patient throughout such an important journey and decision, I could not be more happy that I ended up going with him for the purchase of my new home. If it isn’t already stressful buying a new home, he makes it so easy and makes me feel so good about the process. He advises me and is so knowledgeable with the areas I am looking at in Arizona. He gets appointments so fast and is so efficient. To anyone looking for a real estate agent, you cannot go wrong with Berkshire Hathaway and make sure to ask for Cristian. He will immediately make you feel comfortable, will respond right away and is always there to answer any questions. He also has an amazing lender who I would highly recommend as well!!

I am so lucky to have found Merrill Kalman's contact information. I have been renting for many years and most of the time I find that realtors don't want to spend their time on me, which I suppose is understandable. Merrill really put hours into this and was always there for me and was so helpful. She was there every step of the way until we got our new keys. I will recommend Merrill to anyone I know, renting or buying - and will definitely see her again when I am ready to buy! :) Thank you Merrill!

Conrad Taylor is horrible, and I would not recommend him to anyone. Although he has sold some properties, his knowledge is lacking on what is needed to protect the buyer. I was stressed throughout the entire buying/ building process and I lost money, because he was too busy in meetings, his nonchalant attitude, and his lack of not knowing how to effectively maintain a work life balance. He was only in this for the money and cared less if this was a money pit for me. Additionally, him and Diana Pickering were trying to force me into signing the walk thru documentation even though I hadn't completed the walk thru with the builder. Lastly, if you aren't brown, I am almost certain you will have a superior experience with him. 😉

contacted kris winiecke for an apartment for rent and she asked me one or two questions then did not respond after i texted her several times about an update. super rude and unprofessional. she finally answered me 5 days later telling me its rented in which i told her how unprofessional that was and she didnt respond back or apologize. if you use this company dont waste your time with her.
