I would not suggest using this branch for your selling needs. The agent I dealt with was Dan Greco. I don't believe he had his client's best interest during the sale of a house my wife and I were interested in. He showed up late to our appointment to view the home (another agent from Howard Hanna who had an appointment after ours showed up before he did). During the showing he did not seem too interested in pitching anything to us. He seemed to just want to get it out of the way. We then reported that we were intending to make an offer, but wanted to know if any previous offers had been made so we knew how much we would need to offer. He did not advise of the amounts of any offers and made no effort to see if we would have offered a higher price. We then contacted a realtor of our own to f
