I am happy with Melissa, but I am unhappy with how PenFed is said to be "treating" me - a long term PenFed member. I own the property. It is in my name under a revocable trust. Yet, PenFed is said to be treating me as a business and not an individual - oh, and by the way wanting me to pay $350.00 for the privilege of it having PenFed represent me! Come on! Any company would be happy to list the house!
