Absolutely Fabulous!!! Christina Engerman was incredible and so awesome. We were first time home buyers and she was so patient and took time to explain everything. I knew we could count on her to make sure we got an amazing home for an amazing price. Tom Racioppe was absolutely amazing, especially given how complicated VA loans can get. I am so incredibly grateful I chose Christina and penfed.
I coordinated with Steve Murphy to see a rental home in Baltimore. Even verified our meeting for the afternoon the day of the appointment. Mr. Murphy failed to show up, and when I called to find out why, he informed me that the unit was rented that morning. He failed to cancel our appointment and I drove 35 minutes into the city and left work early for nothing. This is unprofessional and I'm extremely disappointed. I would not recommend the services of this company.
