Gary Musgrove was the agent respresenting the sellers. My experience with Gary was exceedingly poor and likely reflects the quality of service Berkshire Hathaway is willing to offer. On multiple occasions Gary explicitly stated he didn't know what his sellers we're thinking, and would avoid phone calls around deadlines. He also rejected professional reports as illigitimate, and would take fixes to state code violations off their addendum. Gary also chose not to disclose his clients use of cameras to surveil their potential buyers. In communication, Gary uses unethical emotional manipulation and blatant lies to pressure his buyers. Overall an extremely dissapointing experience that has made me very cautious of anyone associated with Berkshire Hathaway.
