Kim Brenner was great! As first-time homebuyers we had many questions on all aspects of the process. Kim was always very communicative and easy to reach, knew the answers or how to get them, and got back to us fast. She made sure everything was done on time, and made clear to us what our options were and by what date decisions were needed.

Tori was extremely patient and detailed with Ray and I and never showed us something that wasn’t a possibility. Tori let us visualize what we wanted through our rejections and paid attention to our remarks about each place. We came back to our home 3 times before we committed and she was always so sweet, like it was our project together.
