I used the Berkshire Hathaway Conway office to sale my house in Conway. My agent was very friendly and overall a really nice guy, but I felt the team only priced my house for the amount I wanted only to get me to go under contract with them. My house sold for over $100,000 less than the original asking price, as we had to keep lowering it. I don't understand why, if they're the professionals in the business, they were so incredibly off in their appraised value of my home. I wish I had signed with a different real estate agency.

Incredibly disappointed in the lack of knowledge, service, and professionalism. Don't be fooled by their attachment to Bershire Hathaway because they don't represent the true authenticity of what that should represent. My husband and I reached out to a few different realtors and were appalled at the lack of professionalism. They either didn't have knowledge or ignored questions. Needless to say, we will not use any of their realtors to buy or sell and if they are listed as an agent...next. We have never experienced such rude behavior and will not endorse this location ever. They do not act like they want to make money anyway.
