If you’re looking for exceptional service, this company is far from it. In fact, the mediocrity of my experience was so overwhelming that this review won’t even fully capture what I experienced. I was encouraged to waive inspection “given the volatility of the market”…I later discovered that any realtor that advises a waived inspection should not be licensed. As a first-time buyer, I thought my realtor had my best interest. That was clearly my ignorance. I’ll take accountability for that. However, what sent me over the edge was the close. I was disrespected on several levels that day, and I was always under the impression that new home owners are celebrated with a bottle of Champaign, gift card, etc. I received NOTHING from my realtor.
