Nice facility! I worked with our realtor Brian Desadier and he was absolutely amazing! It took my husband and I sometime to find our first home - but Brian stuck in there with us and was extremely encouraging. He also referred us to a great mortgage company! You should definitely use Brian! He has outstanding work ethic and is serious about his work.

Steer clear. Buyer beware. I can’t stress this enough. Berkshire Hathaway is out to make a dime at anyone’s expense - in my opinion and within my experience. Tom Faust has continued to rush my husband and I to the finish line of our house buying without having our best interests in mind. We trusted him to have our best interest in mind and we thought our discussions would be represented within the contract, but they were not. We discussed the portions of our contract with our realtor, Tom, but our contracts never seemed to represent our discussions. Therefore, we signed without reading every small check marked box - reasonably thinking that Tom had accurately depicted the contract in our conversations. He slipped in minor details that benefitted him, without discussing the changes with us
