Mary is a wonderful broker - she really cares about my business. Other agents in the office are friendly and helpful when I need it. The Berkshire Hathaway brand is an important asset to my business - clients also enjoy being associated with an iconic name.

They have an extremely rude receptionist that is not professional. I called to speak to the broker and she hung up the phone on me intentional. I called again later and that she claimed that she thought I said I will call later although I never did. She never apologized. She gave me a hard time and not not want to give me the chance of talk to a broker or anybody Who is licensed. She never gave me the phone number to the broker. They need to hire a better receptionist
