I worked with Heather, Elise and Gino and I am beyond disappointed in the services we received. When we arrived, we didn't have mail keys or the key fob. The couches in the unit were in terrible condition, and Gino claimed they had been dry cleaned, but it's evident they hadn't been cleaned at all. The lock on the master bathroom was stuck together with velcro, the lights under the cabinets were out, and the hood under the stove was filthy. There were also scuff marks all over the walls. This is completely unacceptable for a move-in experience. I followed your procedure and filled out the required form within 48 hours, listing everything that needed attention.
