Bought a house from Karen Saunders which was fine. Then I listed a house with her for 6 months it never sold and follow up was poor to say the least. Very difficult to get ahold of her after the house was listed.The pictures that were taken were average. Before we parted ways someone left the back door opened in the garage and it rotten the wood from the rain. I put a new air conditioner in the house and asked repeated that they put that in the listing and it never happened. Then I tried another agency and the house sold within days. Hard working is an understatement. She is willing to do the best she can. Instead of you doing all the work she is there to do the work. Looking for a real realtor this is her. You see some realtors that have you do the work, and then they list it for you. Or you call and call and don't get answers.
