Melissa represented the seller in my daughters purchase of a +$500K condo in Jupiter. 1) 1st floor Condo: Melissa said “ideal because homeowner above is a pilot and is gone a lot” LIE: Homeowner above is a RETIRED pilot and is LOUD and is in fact one of the reasons seller was moving. An issue w/LOUD retired pilot known by other homeowners in the community. 2) At inspection AC unit was flagged with extremely dirty coil. We/my daughter requested that seller have coil cleaned. Pictures were submitted w/receipt of work completed. All again a LIE discovered today when my daughter had AC serviced and filthy dirty coil was noted and now costing my daughter $700 in service. I DO NOT appreciate being lied to. I DO NOT recommend Melissa Iaria as a realtor
