Denise Kleppen is a great realtor. She found us a house and assisted us with everything we needed to know. Was always responsive to questions or information needed. Always available. To purchase a house sight unseen and long distance should be difficult but not with Denise as your realtor. Closed without a problem. She goes above and beyond.

Rented a property from these self proclaimed "Professionals" and not only are they delusional and misinformed about the market value for apartments in Fort Myers. They informed me before I rented a property that it had certain upgrades, I leased the property based on those facts. Come to find out, they lied to me just to get a sale... SMH. Never buy/rent from BH in Fort Myers!

Very incompetent agents.. not worth your time

Sad. As customers, we depend on professionals in the real estate arena. Some people have been in the business just too long.
