Outstanding Service. My wife and I wanted to relocate from Florida to Lynchburh, VA. Robert helped us find and purchase a home without ever coming to see it. He handled all of our communications and inspections. We arrived to a perfect forever home thanks to his hard work. We would highly recommend Robert!

A very unorganized company as a whole. They switched us to a different townhome last minute and the place was wrecked from the previous tenants. We had to wait two extra weeks to move in. Then two months before move in time they started having tours come in to show our unit. During the move out inspection they said there were crumbs on the stove and finger prints on the fridge (there wasn’t any of that). Charged us $95 to “clean” them. 46 days after our lease ran out and we still have not received our security deposit (lease agreement says they will have it by 45 days after). It took us calling them to figure out why we haven’t received it yet. They never gave us a good answer as to why we haven’t received it. Would not recommend working with this “company.”
