I want to start off saying that this realtor was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional I have ever worked with. I currently stay in Pecos, TX and was looking for a home to rent in Midland, TX. I received an email from someone by the name of Leticia Ruiz who works with Boswell & Associates who very helpful and communicated every step of the way. She told me to go to her sister office which was Berkshire, so I took time off of work on Friday 12/15/2017 and drove almost 2 hours to meet with someone to show me the home. When I arrived i met with Nicole who said Leticia did not work at this location and contacted someone by the name of Sydney and began to question as to why they had to show the home but wasn't getting paid to do so.
