It was such a pleasure having Jay as our real estate broker. He listed and sold our property for the full asking price. His customer service is impeccable. I came to this property management group, after leaving the worst rental experience I've ever had, that was with another, large property group. The day I began to move in here, I found that a pipe for the washing machine had leaked for a couple of days, while the property was vacant, leaving standing water in multiple rooms and causing extensive damage to the home. All American had a plumber out here, within a couple of hours to address the leak. They had industrial fans and dehumidifiers set up, within 24 hours. The property owner is a new client to All American so there were multiple other issues, left from the prior tenant.
