Berkshire Coral Gables Apartments

I lived here a few years ago and had a great experience. My wife and I even welcomed our first child while living there, and it was a special time for our family. We always felt safe, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Management was easy to reach and responsive whenever we needed anything. I truly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

Only move here if you plan to stay for the duration of one lease. The leasing office people (Alberto and Moira) and the overall experience was five star until came time to renew the lease. Be aware that no matter where the current market is when renewing the lease, including if the exact same apartment in the same residence is listed for 15% lower than your current rent, they will increase the rent. They do not allow you to move to similar appartement, effectively meaning there are prices for new tenants and prices for old tenants. They increase the rent based on the fact that they assume it is more painful for you to move out than to agree with it. Again only move here if you plan to stay for the duration of one lease.

I have lived here since January 2025, and it has been great! Alberto and Maira were very helpful with the move-in process. Since then, they’ve always been quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. The maintenance staff has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed something fixed.

Delivering a package here has been simple so far. I don’t know if they have designated parking spots for delivery drivers, but I’ve been able to find parking in the garage.

This building is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love my apartment, it's beautiful and comfortable. The building is in a great location. They are pet friendly! My 2 pups love it. Also as a plant lover, I value good lighting I find it very important and they were able to meet all of my needs! The amenities are great clean gym, spacious common area thats really nice. Very friendly neighbors. If you are looking for a spot in a convenient location, pet friendly, well kept with attentive staff. I highly recommend Berkshire Coral Gables!
