I am very happy with the management team and the maintenance workers. The service request are done a timely manner. Mr. Pablo is always very courteous and professional, never leave a mess. I am grateful for the ladies at the office always respond quickly to any questions I made have. I am grateful for this community . I have being living here for 20 years. I enjoy living close to a lots of store and when mine children were growing up thankful for a great school district.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the Office staff. And Wanted to say thanks 😊 especially to Jessica who was always very helpful and efficient. Also, the management team the Service was always in time I have 👀 seen how Raquel maintaining all areas nice and clean. Pablo always with his big 😃 smile doing everything with enthusiasm. I was living here for 9 years, now I am leaving to be close to my family. And I recommend Berkshire Club Apartments as a very pleasant place to call 🏡 home. My mother is been leaving at Birkshire Club Apartments since 2013 and she loves it. The leasing staff are always so attentive and helpful. Specially Jessica Carrion.

My grandmother has been living here for only a year and the customer service is horrible. You need an appointment to ask a simple question, when my grandmother sees the leasing agent in person the leasing agent ignores her and tells her she needs to make an appointment. The Wi-Fi is under the property meaning the bill is joined with the rent, which is great however, there is always an issue with the Wi-Fi. There are roaches throughout the units as my grandmother has met other tenants And they have all had the same issue. Apparently, the community does have an exterminator that comes out. They are supposed to be there on a frequent basis however that is not the case. There are a lot of elderly people that live there and it is an inconvenience that they have to make an appointment to ask a q
