Berkley Square Apartments

Property has gone completely down. Lights are out in hallways and maintenance request doesn’t get done at all. Ever since the old property manager Brittney left we have not seen no results at all. I was told my bathroom would get a make over and the tub need to be reglazed and caulk along with the faucet in the tub. The property manager has completely went down. The lights in the hallways in the 7147 building been out for 4 months. The work orders aren’t getting done throughout the apartment complex. My bathroom have had 7 leaks in one year and it’s still have not been resolved. The windows and doors have air seeping through. Weather stripping for doors and caulking of windows could make situations a lot better.

Terrible service. Had me come back multiple times giving my information back and forth etc, and then after a month of playing ring around the Rosie, they tell me I don’t qualify. They need to be reported the better business bureau.
