Where do I start? Well, I was approved and went into the office completed all the paperwork, signed my life away, gave all documents bank statements, life insurance policies you name it and were told a move in date for June 16th unfortunately that didn't happen more documents was needed and the first person I did my signing etc with did nit reach out to me. I had to call to find this out, so I'm dealing with another person in the office and again sent ALL required documents still including more bank statements/tax returns didn't hear back so again I sent about 3 emails and phone calls and now the 3rd person in the office and sent one more needed document and didn't hear back for almost a week and I sent all through email everything. Now, im out of town helping care for my sick parent

Wow I don't even know where to begin with this place so unprofessional....I was told but management that I would be getting an apartment I was approved and the lady even showed me the apartment that was going to be mine and a move in date when I saw she didn't call me closer to move in time I started to get concerned and called and come to find out my paper work was supposedly incomplete and the girl that was working with my case was fired I am baffled at this point because I had everything packed and the u haul was rented I am so concerned about my kids information and my personal information that this company has because of how unprofessional this is I am afraid that stuff could be leaked or something I just ask that staff shred my paperwork since I'm now at the bottom of the wait-list I

You have to put in work orders way to many times, insects are out of control spiders/ roaches crawl from outside to the inside of apartment, issues with front windows DONT LOCK… someone could easily go in and steal your belongings and also things coming up missing as well. This place is ran down and dishwashers are nasty and don’t work they need new appliances NOT NEW MANAGEMENT!! They be stereotyping some of us are misunderstood‼️

I Am A Current Tenant At Berkeley Pointe Former Spring Manor. One Thing I Can Guarantee Nothing Has Changed But The Name. I Have Been A Tenant Out Here For Two Years And This Is The Last Month I Will Be Here. This Place Should Be Shut Down And Bull Dozed Down I Say This Because Of All The Violence, Drug Dealing , And Conditions Of The Apartments Between The Cheap Construction And Appliances Are Always Failing. I’ve Been Out Here For 2 Years And We Have Had Several Apartment Managers 5 To Be Exact And Went 3 Months Without One. They Don’t Have After Hour Maintenance Or Weekend Maintenance But They Do Have Armed Security 😂😂 Theyre Have Been Several Shootings With Masked Men Robberies Fires In Apartments Etc... Book Keeping And Accountant Issues With Rent... The Office Management Aren’t Promp
