Beridania was professional and personal ! She never made me feel uneasy and helped me every step of the way ! I was purchasing a house remotely which was a challenge all on its own, but she made buying a house less stressful by always being attentive, being available to answer questions and handling all of my request in a timely manner. Beridania always took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and even went as for as to helping me get a better understanding on how HOA's work ( something I never had to deal with before).I would recommend her and see myself using her again .
