Bentwood Park

I don't live here, but I do rideshare and every time I come here, I cannot understand why the residents do not unify and stop paying rent until these potholes are fixed completely. This road here is disgusting. It is probably the worst kept residential area in all of North Carolina, I do not understand why people are signing leases to live here. It must be dirt cheap because I could never in 1 million years live in such terrible condition.

They don’t make the necessary repairs to the property to make it a better place for their tenants and the homeowners. One of the president happens to be the lawyer of the HOA which is a conflict of interests, in addition to that he doesn’t return calls . His name is David Wicker.They are not taking care of this property or their tenants! BTW fix the potholes !

The state of your parking lot is so disrespectful to your paying residents. This has been in this state of disrepair for 20 years. You mean in 20 years you couldn’t find some money to fill these holes? This has got to be a lease violation, I’m surprised no one has sued you for damage to their cars. I don’t even want to bring my Uber clients in this neighborhood.

To many potholes and to many cars are parked by people who don't even live here and got my car towed by a company with rude people. These apartments have multiple towing companies and should be only one in charge. Plus they need to fix the a/c units and change the ceiling wood because the apartment on top is about to break and we start to the notice the mold on our bedroom ceiling

All they do is ask for money and they don’t even fix anything, they are so annoying, When my Dad used to owe one of the apartments they would never ever fix anything and they would only ask for money. They also have so many potholes and they don’t do anything to fix them, they only put gravel on them to cover them.
