very difficult to get anyone to give me a straight answer. I’ve called and emailed and can’t get a reply. My escrow officer been sick which is fine and I understand but I’ve had there employees tell me there gonna call me back and no one does. It’s frustrating. Also they wrote me a check that I can’t cash unless I open up a whole new business account that takes like an hour or more to do. I asked them to write it in my name or the other business where the funds came from and their telling me they can’t do anything. Super frustrated

My family and I have had two closing there in the last 6 months. My daughter's was a disaster with simple things such as addresses; mine was a disaster because they do not give proper or adequate disclosures and disclosure time. I only buy and or sell 1-2 times per year, but will never use them again! They had to send me the settlement statement 3 times to get it right. I disclosed I had a lien, when in to close and they missed it all while it was on the title report! How can this be?

Professional and courteous. Had to take the kids with us to sign papers. My son was fighting the start of a cold and not in the best of spirits and the officer we dealt with was extremely patient the whole time. Stopped in on the day I expected to see my money wondering why it hadn't come through yet and she was again very professional and courteous, explained where they were in the process and sure enough, I had the money later that day as they said I would. They were a pleasure to deal with for a matter that can cause some stress.

I am not impressed. They were pretty unreliable during the purchase and closing of our house. When it finally did close, I called the county 2 months later and asked why records weren't updated. Apparently, the title company didn't finalized all of their paperwork. I would not do future business with them.
