Do not recommend this apartment complex. The front office looks nice but the apartments are not well taken care of. They tried to move me into a totally different apartment than we agreed on. That should have been the first sign to stay away. I had roaches when I first moved in. They didn’t seem to care. I had to treat the house myself. Maintance is always very slow and sometimes never even comes by to fix it. There is definitely water damage in my bathroom. Just take your money elsewhere. Seriously not worth it.

Looking for the right apartment for my sister. As soon as I stepped foot into the office, Olivia was on it. Greeted me immediately and as soon as she finished up her other tasks, she helped me out. Super informative. She organized the information to lease there very well and easy to remember and understand. Super chill and great to talk to. I don’t know what it’s like living here, but if you’re interested in moving here, ask for Olivia, she’ll help you out. Thanks again.

William Frierson, the new maintenance guy at the Bentley Green Apartment Complex, is very friendly and informative. William explained everything that he was doing while completing my maintenance request. He cleaned up once he completed the request as well. He did great, and I look forward to seeing him around the complex. Thank you, William!

Office ladies are super nice. Maintenance on the other hand has a nasty attitude problem. 3 different times they are very dismissive and not nice. They lack customer service and it makes you uncomfortable to even ask for more help and I hate that. Not sure how big the maintenance staff is but the last 3 guys not nice and still having the same exact issues.

Bentley Green has declined over the years. The overall condition of the community has declined. What most people don’t know is that Bentley Green is one community that is composed of what used to be three separate living communities at one period in time. They have been arranged into three phases which each has a different street address. For such a large community, there’s only a small team of hard working maintenance employees who run around trying to keep up with maintenance of this 30+ year old property. The small maintenance team is sufficient for maybe ONE of the “phases.” This place is falling apart and the staff isn’t sufficient to maintain it to the standard I believe should equate to nearly 2k monthly rent.
