Bennington on First Apartments

This is a great place to live, especially if you have dogs. The community is very pet-friendly, with a large pool, a jacuzzi, and plenty of space around the property. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly the management team responds if any issues come up. They regularly inspect the grounds to keep everything clean and in order. There are also many different events happening for residents. The office itself is spacious and very nice. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here.

The staff is truly exceptional - friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. Lynn, Kaitlyn, and Jody have all been amazing to work with. The BOF team does a great job creating a sense of community, regularly putting together fun and thoughtful events that bring people together. It’s a great place for families, with a safe and welcoming environment. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and open space. After four months of living at Bennington On First, I can honestly say that Im truly happy here. The apartments are new, spacious, gorgeous and quiet. The property is always clean and well maintained, thanks to the maintenance team. The gym is awesome and has everything I need, no reason for a separate gym membership. Every month they hosts resident events like candle making, holiday parties, trivia and more. Shout out to Tina & Lynn who have always been incredibly helpful. I’m happy to call Bennington my home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. JB

Night #3 and I’m in love with this place and the move to Bennington On First. Haven’t lived in apartment for 37 years so was concerned, but this place is a gem inside and out and all the way around. So quite, birds chirping, frogs crocking, sound building structure, high ceilings, lots kitchen space, exceptional customer service, so close to every retail you need, freeway, airport and great outdoors. Let them know I referred you!

We lived here for 14 months, and this place made a big move from California with a family feel manageable. We took a real leap coming out here, and the Bennington staff made everything easy from the start. Our plan was to rent for a year and buy a house, and that’s exactly what happened. This apartment will always be a core memory for us. My son grew up here, from crawling to his first steps. The front office team, especially Lynn and Katelyn, were always helpful, friendly, and supportive. Maintenance was just as solid. Sam and the team made it simple. Submit a ticket, they show up, and it gets fixed. Parking was never an issue for us, and there was plenty of space for guests. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath corner unit, and the extra windows were worth it. Bright, comfortable, and felt like hom
