The maintenance and office team are really responsive here! Hugo, Jamil and Dinora are a powerhouse. Also Maintenance team fix everything quickly and does a good job that actually lasts. Their customer service is the best, they really care about the residents. Highly recommend.

Muhammad fixed my heat and he did a wonderful job! He was also very pleasant and respectful! Edit: aside from the maintenance repairing the issue there are several other factors I’d like to address the parking is terrible if you come home late there is no parking and rarely ever off street parking either! Before I moved them I specifically asked them if there were any pests or infestations and they told me no! I moved in and got settled and I started seeing roaches ! Even if they come in and lay traps it doesn’t work , GROSS!! my dishwasher (I don’t even use) fills with moldy water and stinks up the whole house. I've been really impressed with the progress over the past year. The renovations to the buildings, the fresh paint in the hallways, and the overall cleaning and upkeep of the property have made such a difference. It's clear that management is committed to maintaining and improving the space, which is something I truly appreciate. I also want to give a special shoutout to management team Hugo and Jamil—both have been incredibly patient and responsive to any concerns we've had. It's reassuring to know that when we raise an issue, management takes action. It’s been a great experience overall!

Mohammed did a wonderful job. Our lights were out and he didn’t stop trying to fix them until they were on. Very polite and well mannered.
