No respect for the tenants do not fix anything always want their money on time always tell you someone's going to get to it and never do the property stay garbage it is always bad areas that they have properties in I would not give this to a blind man or Death woman do not rent from these people there's nothing
They do make sure one gets a resting place and food to eat; especially for the homeless.
