Bennett Creek Apartments

I finally decided to share this gem after months of thinking I was keeping this hidden treasure to myself while we completed renovations on our house. I have to award my curiosity for this one. This gem has many fascets. Front office and maintenance staff are always on top of any maintenance issues (random issues bi monthly) within 24 hours unless after a certain time on Saturday. There is an emergency maintenance line, but I've never needed to use it. There isn't an unfriendly greeting in the whole place. One of the neighbors didn't walk their dog in the proper area so it was on the sidewalk when I was making a quick errand. Living in this beautiful, well-managed, and clean community has been an absolute joy. The spacious apartments provide ample room, and the peaceful surroundings offer a serene living experience. A special shoutout to Mr. Curtis for his prompt assistance and respectful demeanor—he made my transition between apartments seamless. For anyone seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and a friendly neighborhood, I highly recommend this community.

Very clean community. The residents are friendly and seem to respect one another. Even the children play nicely. Update: The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept pretty clean!!

My family and I have been living here for over 8 years. There have been ups & downs for a bit in management. But I have to say by far Mr. Curtis has been the best. If you have an issue he works on getting it resolved, and you get a response if you call or email. The grounds are much better, lakes are cleaned & overall tucked away from too much street noise. Thank you Mr. Curtis & Lisette for your hard work & dedication to making this property a great place to be. We are real people and this is not a "fake" review as someone stated.

A beautiful place to live. Quiet and so well maintained. Units are large with very comfortable areas. The property is always clean. Issues are attended promptly and efficiently. Me and my family appreciate the courtesy and hard work of the Manager and his office, and the great communication you can have with them. Grateful and happy to be able to live here :)
