Awful! I fell trying to get to my car. Didn't make it. slippery and dangerous. No salt. Very upset. You really needs to do better considering you went up on the rent $200.

Had mushrooms growing under my kitchen sink!!! Paid my security deposit, They didn't even have a door! On the apartment tht I was renting. And they workers was crackheads that actually stole a girls washer nd dryer from the back hallway.. They suck...

Old fashioned mom and pop business. Although in 2013 they promised to have an owner online portal and direct deposit of rent, it never happened. Also lack of communication for property related issues was an ongoing problem.

Never fixed anything. Would say someone was coming and they rarely showed up and when they did, they half way fixed stuff.

Professional and friendly staff. To the point of any matter. In house maintenance staff with the abilities handle and resolve tenant issues.
