Benchmark is an incredible brokerage to hang your license. The brokers are always available for you and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoy being a Benchmarkian.

Stay away from Benchmark Realty and Nechole Thompson. We were working with Nechole on leasing a house she had for rent, waiting several weeks for her to send a lease while she was stalling, saying the landlord was "traveling." After several unanswered follow ups (as she was stalling probably talking to potential buyers), Nechole let me know three days before our agreed upon move in date that the house was being sold. Completely unprofessional and just straight up lying.

Have never been spoke to as rudely as I have been by one of their realtors. Am in the market to sell a couple of homes and was wanting to see a home listed.....not with this company. Too many realtors to have to deal with someone like Basem Girgis
