Benchmark Property Management

Benchmark is by far the worst association company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is basically non-existent. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls, and when you actually try to use their website, it is down most of the time and completely unreliable. They treat people very badly and show zero respect to homeowners. There is no accountability, no support, and no willingness to help. On top of that, the staff working in the office and interacting with customers are extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of helping, they make every interaction more frustrating. It feels like they don’t care about residents at all, and they don’t even support their own employees, which clearly reflects in how customers are treated. This company creates stress instead

Horrible responses .. i sent in a HOA check for 608.00 dec 2025. checked was cashed on or around Jan 6 or 7th but never posted, contacted Melisa .. she said, check was never received and never answered e-mails after that.. not nice. spoke to Suzanne today .. she advised me to wait a few weeks. this is not a correct answer. After getting upset and asking her if we were to swap the scenarios .. would you want to wait a " few weeks" to find out? no answer was given.. she just e-mailed me, it was cashed with a copy of the check.. thank you i am sorry but all i wanted to know that you guys are the ones that cashed the check.. there is a lot of bank fraud right now.. thank you for responding.

Very bad experience. They came for a car ticket parking and they did not want to give me because need another information of my husband's car. It suppose they should have that information, not I. Then I'll have to come back other day for give them that they should have in their files.

The worst management company. They never answer calls or question or resolve problems . Makes sense for their horrible rating yet they still have business. The only person who is good in this facility is the receptionist Jason besides that this is a horrible company …

Terrible management! Carmen Bengochea and her team do not care about residents’ safety at all. I’ve reached out multiple times about loose dogs in the community—dogs that pose a danger to families and kids—and I’ve gotten little to no response. This company only cares about money, not the people who live here. They can’t even keep track of something as simple as the correct key to the pool area. It’s embarrassing and frustrating that residents pay for “management” that doesn’t actually manage anything. If you want a safe, well-maintained, and responsive community, you won’t get it here.
