We recently worked with Tom and Mary to help us sell our condo, and they worked so hard to make that happen in a short amount of time. It was a pleasure to have Benchmark Real Estate and their whole team in our corner during what can be one of the most stressful times in life, the sale of our home. We had a particularly interesting home to sell being an historic property with a well known provenance in our area. Tom and his crew proceeded without hesitation. Their social media and marketing plan were quite impressive. Most importantly, Tom listened to us as the “experts” regarding our property. This is the second property we have sold with Benchmark Real Estate and we would not hesitate to utilize their expertise for a third. Excellent relationships between tenants and realtor. I've been here for almost 3 years and intend to be here for many more years to come. They are honest, prompt, and efficient. You can call day or night if you have a maintenance issue and they are out within hours give or take a few maybe, but extremely on top of what's going on and what needs to be taken care of. Very happy here and see myself staying until I am able to buy a house which at that point 100% I would buy through Ron as well.

Joseph Laforge is a slumlord who is taking advantage of people. He owes my daughter $900 for a security deposit. He blocked her when she inquired about getting it back and when I called him to try to find out what was going on and that it has been passed 20 days and nothing was received he just hung up on me without explanation. I would keep far away from the these people. I am in the process of taking them to court.
