The process of buying our home sucked.. no one left a key for us to get in after signing the papers it was locked up inside the house while original keys were on fed ex , they sent someone out who climbed in the second story window to get us in leaving the trim chipped and scuffed up (thankful to have gotten in) but have reached out to have the window frame fixed for three months NOTHING! The paint job on the inside is HIDEOUS we could’ve painted better with our eyes closed…blue tape walk through was POINTLESS paint peeling from a lot of places , dry wall screws can be seen EVERYWHERE, dirt in the spray painting maybe if they stayed off the Modelos that we found all over our home it may have been half way decent. 😔

Let me begin by saying that we truly love our home. It’s beautiful, and we were so excited during the process of finding the perfect place for us. However, in the midst of that excitement, a few concerns were easy to overlook—some during the search, and others likely missed during the final stages of finishing the home. For a home that is only a few years old, we’ve experienced more challenges than we ever anticipated. Our heat went out in 90–100 degree weather and required four service visits, including their master technician. We spent nearly $1,000, yet the issue still wasn’t resolved—we were still having to replace blown fuses ourselves. Purchased a home in 2023. Two years later, here are my thoughts: #1 and most important info for POTENTIAL BUYERS: the only positive reviews are from people who make commission from the sales or the building of the homes. I highly recommend not going with Ben Stout, especially Soldiers. It’s not worth the head ache of never ending fixes around the house. #2 Look him up on Facebook, you’ll see his team celebrating the millions of dollars they’ve made selling these card board boxes. They’re not able to celebrate the quality of the homes they build, so might as well celebrate the cash they “earn” or whatever. - there are nails popping out of the walls everywhere. Beautiful homes and exquisite finishings, the multiple floor plans were great. High quality construction and attention to detail brings peace of mind to my family.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We purchased a new construction home in a gated community just a little over two months ago. We have had one window leak and two roof leaks now. Yes, you read that correct. Three water leaks in a brand new home in less than three months. These leaks have caused visible damage. The subcontractors are unreliable, and no issue has been fully resolved. The subcontractors are awful, too. Don’t be fooled. They’re the only ones leaving 5-star reviews and they are no better than Ben Stout himself. See the picture attached- they were too lazy to remove the tape following the walk through and just painted over it. Really?! You can rest assured you will receive the run around from Ben Stout and his team and there will always be an excuse as to why they never show
