I have personally worked with the Smith Sisters - Andi & Jen (the sales agents for this community) for multiple clients' home purchase and I have always been impressed with their professionalism, positive attitude in everything from start to finish. From helping find the client the right homesite, working with builder incentives, etc. They CARE beyond the sale. They are truly a pleasure to work with and they know the product from top to bottom.
What a wonderful experience while going to the Port St. Lucie sales office. Andi Smith and Jennifer Smith are the sales agents at this location and I can’t say enough good things about them. Welcoming, knowledgeable, polite are a few words that come to mind. This community offers luxury and convenience. The Belterra community has the most beautiful pool homes around. Andi was very attentive and answered all my questions. She guided me to the website that has more details than any builder around.
The homes are beautiful inside. The community will be a nice place to live once construction in phase 1 is completed.
Very nice. Some models have a strange flow. Love the storage in the garage, as well as car charger.
