My experience with the process of moving in Belmont Ridge Apartments, was surprisingly awesome, you always think that it's going to be a hassle dealing with people trying to get an Apartment, but it was quite the opposite. Put aside the paperwork that goes along with renting an Apartment, which I have to say was not a issue at all, my wife and I met Holly as we were in the process of looking for a place, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and as Holly was showing us around the area, which is beautiful, clean, and quiet, my wife and I decided this was the place for us. So if you are looking for a place to live, look no further and get to Belmont Ridge apartments.

I lived here two different times over a 7 year period and would go back a third time if i needed to. The complex is part of many owned by the same group, but the staff onsite handles things with a human touch and they treat you like more than a signature on a lease. Clean, comfortable, safe, and an overall enjoyable place to live!

The property its self is clean, and the staff are very friendly. My mother being an employee for this company, and speaking so highly of the units ultimately made me decide to rent here. I highly recommend this location you’re looking for a nice apartment, and a quiet area in upstate NY!

My first year being here and I am really enjoying it! Prices are fair, the maintenance guy works very hard to maintain the property, very relaxed community. The management is prompt in responding to you and easy to work with.

These apartments are really cute and located in a quiet country like setting. Convenient location between Cortland and Syracuse. Highly recommend!
